Freedom’s Renewal

This was another piece that was inspired by the bull-dozing of the Cotton grove near my home. All I could see was the destruction of such a long-established environment, but what gave me hope were the shoots that sprang up in  the spring. In the shadow of destruction life grew again, and though it is cliche, there is a reason for it. Nothing is beyond repair if hope springs again.
